Type Of Components
We at PRASHTECH manufacture variety of machined components using different raw materials as per customer specification. Their overall shapes are round or prismatic.
Typical materials we use are Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex Steel,Investment Castings, Aluminium Castings, etc. Some components involve heat-treatment processes like hardening-tempering, toughening, case carburizing, etc. The machining processes performed on such components are like turning, milling, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, spline cutting, etc.
We manufacture such components in accuracy of Grade IT 5 / IT 6. Besides size tolerances most of these parts involve critical geometrical tolerances.
We even produce such components in small batch quantities. These parts are used in different industry sectors like Machine Tools, Machine Tool Accessories, Planetary Gearbox, Equipment Manufacturers for Process Industry, Printing Machinery, Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Construction / Earth-moving Equipments, etc.
Almost all components we supply are directly used in assembly of end-product by our customer without performing any final operation. Those are self-certified components. Majority of these components were originally manufactured in Europe. We have developed those in our Factory at par with European quality with cost benefit to customer.
The export logistics developed at PRASHTECH over the years enables overseas customers to depend with reliability. We operate on all Inco terms like EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP as per customer convenience. We also provide GSP facility wherever applicable.
